OUR STORY
Be the Salt and Light was founded on a simple yet powerful truth: change begins when people are heard, valued and given the space to tell their stories.
We use Applied Theatre as a social-development methodology to help individuals explore their lived experiences, build skills and confidence, and become active participants in their communities.
From theatres and community rooms to homes, shelters and open spaces, we create safe environments where people can heal, grow and lead.
