Onboarding can take anywhere from a few days to a month. The time relies heavily on your requirements. The timeline will be discussed with you during your initial needs analysis.
Be the Salt & Light takes responsibility for initial training and onboarding. Specific or specialized skills within your organization will require on-the-job inductions.
Currently, services are available in the Garden Route District, including Mossel Bay, George, Knysna, Oudtshoorn, and Wilderness, among others.
The primary aim of capacity building is to help empower charities and non-profits. However, because we offer tailored solutions, you may schedule a free needs analysis to determine whether we can support your organization’s needs.
All volunteers go through a thorough screening process. More information will be provided during the initial Needs Assessment Consultation.
